Our farm is located in South Canaan, near Waymart and not far from Honesdale. Wayne County, Pennsylvania in the northern Pocono mountains provides rolling pastures and mixed hardwood forests; the perfect layout to move animals through a system of open grazing, forest edges, and silvopasture. Our farm also benefits from shady Hemlock stands; the perfect place to grow our mushrooms outdoors on logs, simulating the way they grow in nature.

Our animals live an outside life. There is plenty of wild food for them when the pastures are green... a big reason why our duck eggs are so full of nutrients with great mild taste.
