We are farming 25 acres of forests and pastures with access to additional leased pastures. The farmers at Blue Hollow are Dan & Jenny Fernandez, along with our two young boys Bubba & Hank.
Our mission is to produce the absolute best quality food and be your reliable local source for those products. Our goal each day is to manage our animals and our land with love and gratitude.
We try to follow the rhythms and design of nature when we create our systems here. It's exciting work to pursue a healthy balance & blend between the wild and the cultivated.
